hey cable dawgs, i have never been a w-2 employee, have always been a sub, and am used to seeing retainage held, but i have a chance to go w-2, essentially inhouse, and they still want to hold a $500 retainage, has anyone ever seen this from going inhouse or w-2 for any project???
