all i can say is that is the concast trap. I suggest you stay a contractor.  Hold out my man its a trick to not pay bene's but treat you lke a contractor becuase of gov.  Hence they hold retainage but are not going to pay contractors prices.  I bet they give you a truck, say we have to take taxes, and pay you in-house prices. You still are responsible for everything and they are responsible only for the truck. Well you are if anything happens to the truck lol they will take it out of your pay.
Check the prices first then make your choice, but be careful many service providers use this ploy to pay you less, get more work out you, make you responsible for the work, and take all the money.  They only have overhead and insurance to pay for; but the installer gets paid in-house wages and is responsible for the work. I have been offered this trick and refused.
