Re: Internet downstream freqs?

 Do you use alot of house amps? Thats something I've stayed away from, for multiple reasons, we do have a few but we try and run without them if at all possible. My worst modem issues are of course on long drops and multiple outlet houses where its not really feasable to run them off the demarc,maybe bi-level houses with two or three splitters and of course the sub wants the modem off the second or third three way! I realize I've got to upgrade some of these installs and shorten these drops but were a two man show around here,we are the installers,the linemen,the head end tech the on call tech, the underground crew and the maintence crew all in one! Oh well you know what they say, job security.
