You need to charge fair service call prices. your prices are a rip off and you know it. the customer called dish and they told her you ripped her off and then she called the cops and filed charges for fraud because dish would have not charged her as much and you neglected to charge the same price as dish. you should have charged her the same or have her call dish. I guess you said it in your first sentence, YOUR A SALES COMPANY.
