First of all if they are a NON-DHPP customer they pay $99.99, but as Dish informed me, I own my company and I can charge what want, and I am under no obligation to either qoute what Dish would charge, or to tell her to call Dish. And just for the record......she would have waited at least 3 days for a tech and I went the same day. If she had been one of my customers it would have been a totally different story. As it has been mentioned, she called me and asked me for my help, I didnt solicit her in any way, and I charged the exact amount I qouted her on the phone, no more and no less. Not to mention I made 2 trips to her house.
