   Didn't you say somewhere earlier that the GOP didn't offer any alternatives to Obamacide?  Now your saying that they did.  Under the Constitution, the Fed. government cannot place such actions on individuals.  However individual states can impose said mandates on persons residing within their territories.  There is a difference between some laws a state and the Fed. gov't can impose.  With regards to the controversy during the Clinton Administration, the GOP backed down when they realized that a Federal mandate would have been UN-Constitutional
