You are so full of BS lol....... If the GOP backed down in 1993 because it was unconstitutional, why in the hell did the very same Republicans offer the Healthy Americans Act in 2009. This bill included the individual mandate.
I have never said the GOP didnt offer any alternatives. NEVER have I said that. I simply pointed out that their alternative didn't get any additional people covered, and therefore we would still have the problem of having the costs of unpaid care passed around to everyone.
