I think it's OK because it's in the rules. Rules are rules. When people are openly saying they plan to obstruct, and not govern. I say it's fine to do what EVER needs to be done to govern, as long as it's within the rules.
How can you be OK with the GOP saying they won't vote on the bill, while at the same time saying they dont know whats in it.
Sorry dude, rules are rules. The GOP will obstruct with-in the rules, and I will say nothing. The Dems will work around the GOP obstruction with-in the rules, and I will say nothing.
