Hospitals are not the cause, deadbeats are. Furthermore, the gov could change and/or develop policies that would almost immediately return 100's of thousands of jobs and industry by simply reducing tax burdens that clearly force money and jobs overseas. The polls have been done and with an illegal stroke of the pen the hnic could relinquish a very small amount of control and help this failing nation regain very important global ground.
