A qualified tech/installer needs a Prime to hand him the jobs in the first place. He also needs a Prime to "process" his paperwork so he gets paid.
To a well trained and qualified install tech, the Prime is nothing more than a Paper-Out, Paper-In, Paycheck out processor.
