If you have more cars on the road do gas prices go down? If you have more people paying taxes do taxes go down? If you have more people paying car registration does that go down? Does anything the Gov. gets its hands on cause the price to go down? Enlighten me. Also the unpaid med.expences do not just go away thay will just be called the " I can't afford it let someone else pay benefits".
