What part of "we are already paying for those people" don't you get? Gas doesn't go down and what does that have to do with health care and the quality of it? Gas stays the same quality.  You are the one arguing for health care and the government control of it because it is needed and it will be cheaper now you are saying it won't? Make up your mind.
