"commissioned employee"........that is a good one!
I just know someone sits up late studying the laws to find a legal way through paying for services rendered.
I can't help but thinking they have to reduce the "commission" to an hourly rate. At that point other unpaid times come into question. The "contractor" scam has been busted.
I have picked up a driving job with DOT logs required. Every minute on the clock is paid. On days when there is no work the employer just calls and says not today.
I have gone from two or three DTV jobs a day to two or three a month. The jobs come from new customers who want service sooner that a month after they place their order or request for service.
Going, Going,....Gone!
