You are correct within reason. Please don't try to preach constitutional law because it is manipulated and abused every day. The supreme court does not just jump up and say hey! That is not constitutional there has to be someone with enough juice and where with all to bring the fight to the supreme court. You my friend are the one being naive to suggest otherwise.
