So first let me say I have been in the top ten as far as installers go in my system for nearly a year #1 for about 5 months. Now this includes 2 contract companies and in house techs, some 75 techs. 0-failed qc's, 0 out of spec 2% missed and late, 3.8% trouble call rate(mso goal is 4.5%). Recently the mos cut down our workload, so I'm doing 25 or fewer jobs per week. With that I go into the red, 1 trouble call out of 25 is too damn high and will have you be in the red. They don't allow for bad equipment or dipshit customers who simply can't grasp leave the tv on channel 3. So for 3 weeks I have been in the red and now I can't do installs. I can only do discos or tc's. How frickin fair is that shit? Mind you this is the mso not the company I work for. If we don't have the job count how the hell can we balance out the trouble calls.
