It's not any different in the Satellite world than it is in cable, they just use different numbers, but the same crap

Its kind of like your bills, when your ahead, your the bill collectors best friend, once you get even a little behind, they come after you like rabid dogs, and could care less what your excuse is,   and its very difficult to get ahead again.

I don't know anything about AT&T, but I can assure you, I doubt they are any different, in the end, what matters is the numbers at the end of the day, not the person that provides them.



I would suggest its not that your in the 'red' as you call it, your there because they want you there, more than likely your work load fell for a reason, its the slow season maybe? Maybe they need to run installs inhouse to keep their w2 techs busy?

We used to do that all the time, feed the sub's just enough to keep them alive during the slow season.
