If Hawaii or any other state wants to do healthcare it is within its rights to do so. My beef is the federal government. What section of the Constitution gives the feds any ability to mandate, under penalty of law, that any one in this country has to buy a health insurance policy? It doesn't exist in my opinion. And that is what gets us into trouble, when those entrusted with enforcing the Costitution ignoring the Constitution.
