Time I chimed in...........you have good points. I do enjoy reading what you say. Now.........isn't the Constitution in spirit what the DOI says? And while not legally binding still holds the context of what our binding document says? And if that is true, then wouldn't it also be true that for someone or gov. to try to change fundamentally, the Constitution an attack on the law of the United States of America a reason to attack, whether physically or in idea or by legislation? Just a thought and a question.
