I tell the customer straight out , if there is a problem over the next "x" days call me direct and ill be out the same day as long as im in the field or the next day for sure. if you dont call me I dont get paid for the job!!! otherwise it will take more then a service call to get it going again. currently ive been sitting on 0 percent for over 400 calls now!!!
