get sticker with you name and number that fit on the back of the remote,,,, they will loose cards and names and papers, but not the remote,, be prepared for all the bs calls tho,, input, dvd plug in, etc, i stopped putting stickers on over a year ago ,, and still get a few bs calls,,, wanting you to tell them how to fix a problem over the phone so it don't cost them nothing.  good luck
