Re: How do you get the customer to you call you fi


work for a company that doesn't charge you back for defective equipment.  This would involve leaving DirecTV and Dishnetwork.  Imagine getting paid for doing quality work and not getting charged back cause DirecTV doesn't want to pay for the service call.
