I work for a little Ma & Pa company off and on keeping their system going , when I do service calls for them, I tell the customer, basically my name is on the bill if they have a problem call me, I leave my Business card with them . Its not as critical as you because I don't get back charged but its just a matter of pride in my work, if the problem persis I have to fix it, sometimes its out of my hand and turns into replacing antiquated equipment. But generally the customer calls me. If the system calls me I roll. Good luck , I'm glad Dish came after me because of all the nightmares I hear here , wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole.
