Well, for those of you who don't read your contracts..... let's read the small print. When you sign that contract you agree to basically bend over and take it without lube anytime while you're there. How they decide to treat you depends on how dependable and trouble free you and your work is. If they like you, great.. if they don't, well you should've thought about that scenario before you signed that paper.... Folks this is reality, work is scarce... either you're in or you're out. It's f*c*ed up but it's true. Just my 2 cents...
