Ive been doing some audits lately and you would not believe the amount of illegals I am finding. In some nodes it is up to 40% illegal rate. I have went down a street and disconnected 20 people only to find 2 hooked back up the next day with new MSO issued fittings on it. I call it in to make sure they are not active and sure as shit they are still illegal.
Does anyone else go through this.. There must be at least 10 people in this area hooking people up illegally. I know all are not illegals though. I think alot of them have never been disconnected. Its still a mess no matter how you look at it. Does anyone here think this is why installers get the shaft alot of times?
