Hell in  the system I run there are a couple guys who floow the disco techs out, disco's shut them off and these guys go in and turn them back on for a nominal charge, I heard through the grapevine it was $50 to start then $25  month and if audits killed it they would reco no charge...yeah we have seen our workloads cut down a lot over the last few months....
