Yep, straight splices are free. You have to dress up the pole, straps, loops, clean up the drops zip tie them up pretty.

Question~ if they are so worried about outage times that they make the subs attack one run at a time, why would they send out a bunch of system morons to take apart something that is running with a good EOL. We have all witnessed the speed of a hourly system tech splice.
After all last week he was head house mouse he must be qualfied. No splicing hot so they are taking down the whole run to QC.
