Mediacom did that years ago, You were paid for the Tap and if it was too close to the pole you had to move it to spec and do a s/s that was on the output side of the expansion loop with 12" of straight cable then another output loop so you were 10' from the pole all for a tap price and you had to dress the pole (new bugnuts, straps, bonds) even on the skip poles bugnuts, straps, bonds) and there was the 3 way splitter with a backfeed you were working 20' of the pole, not to mention moving the loops so that they all are equal, because they would not allow you to use the OL cable for the backfeed, they wanted a newbuild at a retro price.
