 Get used to QC. Its there money they are spending and you do not have to stick around if it does not please you for the working situation. The times are tough right now and they will find out the hacks, whiners, from the good splicers. If the good, seasoned splicers are placed streetside, there is a reason for that, dependability, or to work easements, to make sure the system is up according to the time frame involved. The buddy system is sometimes missinterpeted if there is age involved of the splicer (over 40). Comcast is adpoting the ethics that Mediacom used in the early 2000's when the prices where lower, stockmarket down and work can be done more cheaply, quickly, and efficienly. This also happened in the early 90's with Cox. Its only history repeating itself and the good times will come again if you will allow a little time and stop complaining.
