thats funny because you sound like you know what your talking about at first glance but you are clearly spewing b.s. and are either confused yourself or simply here to confuse others.. the feds have no power to enforce these wish lists and they know it. you admit yourself. the min standards are set by the states not the fed and your examples are are vague and unrelated. min. wage is a joke,labor laws(unenforcible or realistic) blah blah, civil rights completely different subject. you should sue you history and civics teacher(indoctrinator).. fool? hmmmm.. you have to know something to compare something.
