Re: MSO Inhouse techs?

You forgot the company paid medical, dental, vision, accidental death insurance benefits.  The MSO paid over $1000 bucks a month to cover me and my family.  I consider that money as part of my payroll as well.  I know Las Vegas in-house pay is higher than the national average.  Add in all the bennies and I was making more than contracting especially when you factor in the cost of a new truck every 5 or 6 years.
