As far as being honest in this business..........Good luck! The framework was laid by thieves and crooks and the greedy always get what they want.And the low lifes will attract to them and make a good tech look like crap! You cant win! My advice is to start your own buisness outside this industry and test the intergity of your employees. That will be your best bet for anything to work and in this world it is hard to find morals, ethics, and principles.But I am sure there out there somewhere...Just not in the cable and sat buisness.....
