Yes I do think it should be legal.
#1 It has many medicinal properties that prescription drugs just can't help as well.
#2 And the reason they won't legalize it is because crime and punishment is an industry in our corrupt political system, and too many lobbyists for corporations that feed off of the criminal justice system have their hands up the A holes of the puppet regime. If it was legalized, or made legal for medicinal purposes it would actually create a new line of revenue as it's something the guvmint can tax to death, and it would lighten the burden on our court and prison systems.
