Ive got to say, RWL runs a good ship, aswell as Kablelink. When I worked in Manatee for Knight for few years most techs from RWL I spoke with were happy, not happy with was us getting the work or course, even the BH QC guys at our shop were supprised how different both companies treated there techs, oh course Knight treated our techs like shit and RWL treats them with some degree of respect. Ive even be in many meetings with there managers and the owner at Brighthouse office, they were nice people and seemed like a good company. Sometimes Id bring up some stuff and get them pissed, but my job at times was to get dirt to throw on the table. Thats my 2 cents
Over all your going to have some bad apples at every company. Was this JL a hack, or a lead or top notch guy. Whats happened to you JL please do tell.
