JL... if you want to try and recruit some guys, fine but bashing a good company only makes you look like an ass. Just a few months ago you posted that your problem was with one particular person at RWL and that the company was actually good. Whether or not your beef with that person is valid is subjective. The others who used to work along side you in Ft. Myers seem to think maybe your issues were self inflicted. either way...who cares. now..RWL isnt getting worse...they are just working under a new structure which is what they must do if they would like to keep their contract with Comcast. They have successfully made the transition. Some like it..some dont. RWL is an excellent company that regardless of the changes they must go thru....they put their techs first. Sometimes thats not enough and techs leave but the vast majority have chosen to stay. Good luck to you in your adventures at COX. I hope its everything you say and more.
