Up Dish another Mastec

There is a company operating in NC, SC, GA, and TN that is trying to become the Mastec of Dish Network. The are trying to force all the subs to workng for them. They are able to do this by being the RSP and the subs under them, they will shut them down one at a time and not allow the techs to work for another sub for 60 days but, the techs can come to work for them asap. They are also trying to curve the Dish Network pay to equal the same pay as Direct TV and everyone knows that installing Direct TV is a hole lot less time consuming. The funny thing is everyone that I have talked to in the industry (even the old dogs) have never heard of Up Dish. Has anyone else heard of these?
