JD your right the do need to do something diffent but to say they are this way because a certain party was not elected there is not right at all when the entire system is corrupted. They do need a change and the change should start by limiting these welfare programs and start Training for people that want warfare if you get welfare then it is maditory that you have job training and be off with in 6 months to a year. They have people on these programs for 20 or 30 years and that is a big problem a big one.
