I am not saying any particular party will fix anything. But it is true if you keep doing the same thing over and over why expect a diiferent result. They need to get away from the status quo which has not served them well and look at a new direction, whatever form that takes.
I lived in and still live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and they are a mess. Between them and the state budget impasse, the city is talking about mass layoffs and a billion dollar budget hole. All of this with a 5% income tax and an extra 1% sales tax, a tax on business GROSS income ( called the business privilege tax ) and then another tax on any profit you make. They tax soooo high everyone with means leaves but resist cutting taxes. And in the parade of corruption and the conga line of politicians to prison and you get modern day Philadelphia. So again, I don't have all of the answers except anything but what we are doing here now.
