Can the IBEW help us? Would this be a good option? This topic has come up many times, what can be done? If every contractor joined the IBEW and quit working for the Mid man fat cat, would that force the MSO's, MSP's (whatever you may call them) to negotiate wages and cut the mid man out? IBEW hands out contracted work as well as represent "in house" employees don't they? I don't know alot about this, but I know this right to work crap doesn't work right.
