We all know the crietria, no felonies in 7 years, no crimes against humanity (you know, the sick f..ks), and no DUI in seven years. These guidelines are understandable in most respects, every situation is different but it is almost impossible for these companies to look at everyone as an individual, hence the cookie cutter mentality. These offenses are not acceptable for the labor force involved in this industry, bringing me to my question. Is the executive side held to the same standards? Are dispatchers, office managers, clerical personell, VP's, Presidents and Owners subject to the same scrutiny for mistakes?
