For most companies here are he ones that get Checked when you hire on. techs, service techs, supervisors to techs, thats it.  Everyone above there is "upper managment" and is not involved with the customer.  The dispatchers are not cause they do not interact face to face with the customer.  They don't have the chance to steal from the customer basically.  I've known alot of dispatchers that have been to prison for crap.
