I heard about a company that allows techs to pick up the results of their drug test from the testing facility themselves, allowing ample opportunity to scan the document into photoshop (it's printed on plain paper, minimal color), alter it and then turn it in. They were even able to re take the test if necessary ( if they weren't smart enough to use photo shop). The testing facility did not report any of this conduct to the company, nor did they provide the results to the company directly. All of this has been mentioned previously in several threads, but I was shown first hand how easy it is to circumvent the procedure this particular company is following.
