 Home Depot put an end to Subs ripping off employees. (Doors, windows installers, etc)

 Anyone working for a sub "must" be an employee of the sub and not an independent contractor.

 In other words a sub cannot have subs.

 Good way to close the loophole.

 If a sub doesn't pay the guy, the State will come after him.
