Ok you called in at 10:53 AM what was the time frame ? I don't do direct TV so i am not sure of the Time frames, but if you know that you will be late then people should call the customer ASAP and give them your number so they won't call direct TV at all. There are some people that know well off they will be late and wait until 5 or 10 mins before the time frames ends that is not fare to the customer. But i also hear about people taking job that they are late for right out the door my thing is why would you take these jobs in the first place ? I had the same problem working for cable in GA where i Picked up a lot of jobs that was sitting at the office way past the time frame and i did them a favor and did the jobs then i got charge back for miss and late's and the gave me a hard time with that so for then on i never picked up another job out side the time frame with that they fuck themselves when no one will run the jobs. But if you keep picking up the jobs and you know that they will hit you then take a guess who fault is that ? I got Direct TV in my house and a Mastec Employee installed it not only was he on time he called me and told me what time he was going to be there, that is responsible, but then i was supposed to get a new box and the tech never showed up Two times and it was from Mastec, So you tell me what is Mastec supposed to do when guy's drop jobs ????? you tell me ? Anyone tell me ???
