My question is general because I Don't know the specs.
We have RF (Coaxial) analog plant and we want to lease fiber lines owned by a power company for the short term (1 or 2 years, until we build our own, for a FTTP project. The power company's fiber runs past our headend now, so we just want to tap into it.
From your answer I get that leasing the length and fiber count isn't the only consideration, rather, the content has plenty to do with it?
