Depends on your city, the cable carrier (I'm talking Qwest..use to work for them) the lease terms, as to length of time, usually a good deal can be had with a 10 to 20 yr. lease agreement. Short term is way more $$$$. Your capacity..what, DWDM or CWDM etc...Pm me with your specs. and I'll be glad to put some prices together for you..
