Bkable, I am a bit confused
I do agree your pay is quite impressive but your 9% hold weekly or every two weeks (same difference) is very very high. If you have a big dog on your team and he writes and gets 10 of these 440 sales installed then that equal to 4400 dollars for that week. So then we minus the 396 dollars for your hold money. lets say I do this for 48 weeks out of the year (meaning I take off about a month).. 19,008 dollars per year.... UMMM Thats one hell of an Aruba trip.. I have been doing this long enough to know that I don't think I need to be paying for other guys drug tests, clothing, bonus's, and background checks. I held a 96% or better attrition rate about 6 months ago at Cox cable (in-house). So with me I would be losing money..
