So k3 you did not reply. You mentioned that you had invoices from LAST YEAR that you could not afford to pay rates I stated. Are you still there THIS YEAR and if so please confirm for us all that rates are indeed high enough to pay out $400 to rep and still have roughly 40% (actually 38.5% but still plenty) left for company on a triple play telco. Not trying to be hard on you but you semi tried to call me out but unfortunately for you I am working those systems and do know the whole pay story....
I pay out $440 in that scenario which is 68% of the billing plus put another 9% into a hold back fund which, if there are not chargebacks goes out to cover background tests, drug tests, clothing , bonus' and if any left-trips at end of year. Had as many as 30 reps in Aruba with me which is nice way to treat quality reps. What are your bonus's like??
