well being the fact that they all line up if the settings are correct your 101 and 103 should be pretty close to one another. The 99 is almost always lower. Make sure your skew,elevation,and azimuth are correct for the area. Some guys will get settings mixed up from other sat systems. Also make sure the mount is 100% plumb and level,making sure the monopoles didn't pull the mount out. If all is good try another lnb. It happens.
