how many receivers total on that job???????  did you install the switch????  if not is it the right one???? try in in another room just to see if it will display signal on the 103 (if it does dont try to get the box hit then hook it up in the other room thats a sin...lol) or just run a test cable into the house .. im sure you have one right ???     if its on both tuners its probly not a coax issue...   just start at the dish and work your way back and remember what the problem was.. then you can be your own problem solver and solution provider....lol      let us know what the problem was!!
