Only a child would leave a comment with the words who is going to pay for it .
This will come to a head and lets see who pay's for it .so far there is nothing written in stone only innuendo. Which is kinda like hear say If you can get an answer from a congressman that wants to give the whole picture and the correct answer. let us all know, cause the congress does not have the answer so this is good for those who are nay sayer's and the others sit and wait.
1 thing to bring comes mind, the democratic party has enough votes to push what ever threw, so the nay sayer's need to gidiup or their messages will be left in the dust .
